Automation, Answer To The Admin Role Of HR

We are set to roll out the 2nd phase of our automation program to handle the timekeeping both of our direct hire, and monitor the billing of the agency personnel.
It’s funny how technology change so fast, both for the software and hardware. I know companies who have yet to  fully explore one solution, but before the 5th year they will change vendors. Office fixtures, likewise, change like a computer monitor stand, to keep offices space efficient and layouts configured to maximize time and productivity.

I hope with this automation, HR will have more time to do it’s strategic role and not bogged down to the hassles of its administrative functions
