Human Performance HR

Performance Management and Professional Development

  • Assist with the coordination of Human Resources processes (e.g. annual and midyear promotions, annual performance management, compensation and salary administration) according to geographic/entity guidelines
  • Help maintaining individual career plans of all assigned personnel
  • Assist with technical questions in on-going performance feedback processes
  • Career counsellor management and allocation in conjunction with the HR Representative
  • Employee Relations and Employee Transitions
  • Support the resolution of personnel issues in conjunction with the HR Representative
  • Help with the integration of new joiners including holding welcome meetings and presenting at Orientation & Integration events
  • Assist the termination process by organising discussions, gathering appropriate documentation, coordinating and conducting exit interviews and summarising any resulting issues
  • Take notes at disciplinary and grievance meetings as required

Resource Planning 

  • Assist with the identification and evaluation of candidates for open resource requests
  • Monitor supply and demand of assigned personnel and help to resolve supply/demand issues where required
  • Run weekly scheduling meetings and prepare documentation to support the meeting
  • Maintain scheduling systems data and generate reports as required

General HR

  • Advise on HR policy
  • Update the Balanced Scorecard on a monthly basis or as required include collation and extraction of relevant data and entry into the Balanced Scorecard
  • Update applicable Human Resources systems and maintain data as required.
  • Support a community partner and community members for the assigned community by coordinating activities/meetings as directed by the HR Representative
  • Keep records on a variety of matters including absence, poor performance, terminations, disciplinary and grievance matters, and flexible working arrangements.
  • Help with the implementation of people programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain attrition/retention statistics as well as headcount and exit data.
  • Chase missing time reports
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

In addition, the HR Scheduler will be involved in Scheduling training and induction of new joiner groups, with a particular focus on meeting with individuals to establish preferences for roles, review their CVs and assist them with finding their first/next project at Accenture.

Qualifications

Skills and Experienced required for the role.
You will require experience of either HR or Recruiting in order to apply.
